About Cow Catcher

By operating a family farm and a small manufacturing shop, not only do we know what farmers need but we know what farmers want. This led us to develop a heavy-duty headgate that could withstand the growing weight of cattle, decrease processing time, and address our personal, and that of the local community's, desire for something better than what we already had.

As a result, during the long days of one planting season, we began to sketch out our ideas and imagine how we could create something that one person could operate without any hassle. This is why Cow Catch-r breaks away from the traditional squeeze function and opts for a simplified solution – the neck extender.

Then, from testing ideas and prototypes, we came to the current models of headgates. We’re confident that our line-up of headgates and chutes efficiency will effectively meet the needs of the hobby farmer to the feedlot facility.
